Gratitude is powerful. Research indicates that people who practise expressing gratitude regularly are happier and healthier!

At Kids Giving Back we are not only empowering children to help others, we are now consciously incorporating into our programs expressions of gratitude.

Our young people from our last program day prepared thank you cards to their new friends from Minnamurra Aged Care and to Will from Will2live.

So what are you grateful for today?
Ask your children and ask yourself.

Never forget the power of a thank you note, they last long after the experience has finished. These two thank you notes we know are treasured by their receivers.
