“Meeting Mathew was a highlight – a young man who seemed to really appreciate the help and the company.” Dan attended Cook4Good with his son Max and highlighted why the delivery of meals by our volunteers is one of the most important parts of our programs.
Kids seeing where their food is going and meeting the people that will eat the meals it is consistently the most poignant part of Cook4Good for our participants.
Matthew’s meal was one of 400 that the group made and delivered to locations all over Sydney: The Benevolent Society, The Salvation Army Australia, Taldumande Youth Services, #LilliansHouse, Mission Australia, #TheAddisonProject, #TierneyHouse, #ClownDoctor, Vinnies Australia, #CentreOnAgeing, Jewish House
Our next Cook4Good is coming up on Sunday February 24, head here to register httpss://tinyurl.com/Cook4Good2019
