HOLIDAY VOLUNTEERING: 15 teens age 14 – 18 needed for clothing and toiletries sorting and packing day for a shelter | Kids Giving Back

**UPDATE – ALL PLACES FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY ARE NOW FILLED – THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE AMAZING GENEROUS TEENS WHO’VE RESPONDED!!**   Please raise your hands to help Dignity, a charity offering housing and services for homeless individuals, as well as children fleeing domestic violence with their Mums. Your day of hard work directly benefits hundreds of babies, toddlers, children and teens.
WHEN: Thursday, 19th April 2018
TIME: 9.30am – 3pm (sandwiches will be provided for lunch)
WHERE: Wahroonga (easy access to train station)
YOUR TASKS: Teen volunteers will make up clothing and toiletry packs for homeless guests including children and family members who arrive at Dignity’s homes.

BOOK DONATION: Please bring along up to 3 pre-loved books as donations for preschool and primary school age children who will spend time living at one of Dignity’s homes. Please ensure books are in excellent condition – something that you’d be happy to receive!
