This engaging workshop explores the challenges of homelessness, the benefits of giving back, and how purposeful action can enhance mental well-being. After the discussion you will make breakfast boxes to be distributed to vulnerable communities, fostering corporate well-being with a purpose.

All you would need to provide is the following:

• A quiet dedicated room/ space for the program.
• 3 – 4 long trestle tables to have the team stand and walk around when preparing the boxes.
• A screen we can connect to, to present our program.

Duration:
1 hour

Cost:
$1,500 for up to 15 participants.
(Additional participants – $100 each, children $50 each). Maximum 50 participants.

Place:
At your office.

Cook4Good

Your team and families will prepare meals for vulnerable people across Sydney, guided by our qualified chef.

The meals will then be distributed to homeless shelters and centres.

This program includes a facilitated learning experience about homelessness and food scarcity.

* OPTIONAL EXTRA: Once the freshly cooked meals are ready, your family will deliver to individuals in need. Meals are delivered to vulnerable people living in temporary accomodation or social affordable housing, plus larger charitable organisations who support these communities.

Duration:
2.5 hours

Cost:
$2,000 for up to 15 participants.
(Additional participants. $135 each, children $50 each.) Maximum 50 participants.
