01 Oct 🌟 YCM Spotlight: Natalie
This month, we’re celebrating Natalie, who made quite an impression at a recent Wrap with Love knitting session!
Wrap with Love turns hand-knitted squares into warm blankets for people in need, here in Australia and around the world. Each blanket is made from 28 squares, so every square helps keep someone warm.
Natalie impressed the group with her knitting, but it was her willingness to join in and connect with everyone that really won them over.
Here’s what facilitator Kathleen had to say:
“Natalie was a star. An absolute credit to her family, school and your organisation… It takes courage for a young girl to walk into a venue of older people and find her place.”
Thank you, Natalie, for bringing your kindness and enthusiasm. We’re so proud to have you in our YCM community! 🧡
